The team behind Acting for Climate (NO) are hosting a workshop in August. See info below:
“We’re are thrilled to invite you to the 2020 Summer workshop, this time at Bergsmyrene gård, Norway!
The workshop will be 5 days working together in Kana with the Acting for Climate method; discussing, thinking, and sharing skills and knowledge.
We can promise site-specific work out in Norwegian nature, sharing of knowledge and experiences as well as exploration and a lot of inspiration.
Dates are August 10th-14th 2020 on the beautiful location at Bergsmyrene gård, Kana, Norway. For those who have the time and possibility, it’s recommend to stay at the farm and work /volunteer for a week before or after the workshop. Let Acting for Climate know and they will link you up to Severin!
This year it will be the funders of Acting for Climate; Victoria Gulliksen, physical theatre educated from Jaques Lecoq and Abigael Winsvold, contemporary circus educated from AMOC (DK) and CODARTS (NL). They will both share their expertise in Physical theatre and contemporary circus.
We have a limited number of spots for this workshop. Sign up before the 1st of July 2020 to reserve your spot.
The workshop fee will be 1500 NOK, which includes the workshop, food and accommodations for the week. The participation fee might get reduced, if the applied funding gets through. Please contact the Acting for Climate team if you have challenges with paying the fee, and we will find a solution.
Please sign up by sending an e-mail with a short motivational letter to actingforclimate@gmail.com with the header “Workshop October”.
As the aim of this project is to be aware of our consumption, please prioritise land or sea travel and avoid flying. Join Acting for Climate, for an unforgettable week, full of inspiration, encounters, creativity, and nature & environmental discussions.
We are looking forward to spending a wonderful week together!
A lot of love from the Acting for Climate team Abigael and Victoria”
