BNCII info session in DYNAMO - a retrospective
Last Friday, on the 23rd of October, we had the second info session about our project Baltic Nordic Circus Innovation Incubator (BNCII). This time, hosted by our partners DYNAMO workspace, during the event – NORDIC BALTIC CIRCUS PERSPECTIVES: residency, research, development – a full-day exchange and focus on possibilities for contemporary circus development in the Nordic and Baltic Region. Organised in collaboration with BNCN and with support from the Nordic Culture Point.
In the session, Ida from Dynamo introduced the BNCII structure and ambition to support upcoming and innovative artists of the Nordic and Baltic region, and we also had Kestas from Kanta Company (Lithuania) share their experience in the circusnext platform.
We are planning to have 3 more info sessions:
November 10th – online – Swedish-hosted info session (but we invite everyone!)
November 18th – Meno Fortas, Vilnius – Lithuanian-hosted info session during festival Cirkuliacija
January 2027 – Helsinki – Finnish-hosted info session
All participation is free of charge. See here for the more precise schedule, registration and the latest updates: https://www.balticnordiccircus.com/post/bncii-info-sessions
Thanks to everyone who came to DYNAMO, and here you can have a little sneak peek at how it was!
